This training module will focus on a solid value assessment, identification of value drivers, show how to quantify the value and how to make a schedule for when the value is expected to come. NPV and IRR calculations can help to make the right decision at the start of a project but should be done on a regular basis for multiyear projects. More mature organisations do not only use value management per project but apply this on portfolios of projects and stop projects if other investments give a higher return.
