Course Overview

Effective management of overheads and opportunities is a foundation for building Business Resilience, critical in today’s business environment. This virtual training session considers whether maintenance should be treated as an overhead or an opportunity. During the session we will consider the principles of Risk Management and introduce personal “Process Flow Reviews” to ensure participants appreciate how these principles relate to their Maintenance Strategies.
The trainer has experience in delivering oilfield services, where Cost and Opportunity Management is critical and delivered global training during the successful deployment of a corporate Maintenance Strategy.
