Risk Management – What is your appetite for risk?

(Engineering, Project Management)

Course Overview

What is your risk appetite? Risk appetite is the level of risk that an organization is prepared to accept in pursuit of its objectives, before action is deemed necessary to reduce the risk. It represents a balance between the potential benefits of opportunities and innovation and the threats, that change inevitably brings.

During this highly interactive one-hour session we will explore your appetite for risk and gain a greater understanding about how risk management is an iterative process which needs to be continually addressed throughout the asset lifecycle. Our session will address risk management principles, planning, and processes.
