Course Overview

‘Time waits for no one’, we have all heard this phrase before, right?  Need some tips on how to manage your time when working remotely? Need help prioritizing and focusing? This session looks at fundamental work activities with a focus on task and time management and in a remote working setting.

The aim of the training is to; Provide participants with knowledge, information, ideas and takeaway tools to help with managing time and tasks when working remotely. The training works through a time and task management process that should be used upon returning to the workplace. This is an interactive training session and active participation will help make it a valuable experience. Topics include; Time Management, Task Influences and Inputs, Task Management Process, Task Assignment Model – CPQQRT, Prioritizing Tasks, Scheduling Tasks.
