Course Overview

This two-day course gives managers, supervisors and team leaders the skills and confidence required to effectively manage day-to-day health and safety in their workplace.
Students take on the role of newly-appointed supervisors at a fictitious organisation and, through a series of interactive exercises, tackle many of the issues that they will face in their own workplace.
The exercise is facilitated by an experienced tutor who offers their own expertise in order to consolidate knowledge and understanding.
