Day 1:

b) Designing your EI Journey
c) Deep Dive into Personal & Interpersonal Domain: Heighten Self Awareness, Managing Emotions & keeping yourselves motivated, Improve Social Skills (Within Organization & with other stakeholders) & Empathize

Day 2:

a) Understanding conversations & how to get the best out of each conversation
b) Understanding Transactional Analysis and impact of EI on your conversations
c) How to Perceive emotions accurately, Use emotions to facilitate thinking, Understand the meaning of emotions, manage emotions to influence & persuade

Day 3:

a) Managing people with multiple age groups using reflective questioning techniques & articulation skills
b) Mastering your emotions using reflective questioning techniques that help you manage your workforce’s emotions and improve the productivity of the team along with yourself
c) Using EQ to manage teams virtually across the globe and communicate with global customer’s by becoming proficient at the art of Emotional Intelligence
