Dr. Charles Bradley

Charles has over thirty-five years of Process, Nuclear, and Manufacturing, Onshore, Offshore and Insurance related Risk Assessment and Management experience. Charles specializes in Risk Assessment and Management, Surveys, Business Interruption, Political Risk Assessment, Quantitative Risk Assessment involving HAZOPS, HAZIDS, FMECA, Consequence Analysis Modelling and Probabilistic Assessment using Event Trees, Fault Trees following completion of a Ph.D., on behalf of the HSE in Risk Assessment in 1983. Charles developed computerized models and published widely on commercial and engineering risks, their assessment and management. He also has twenty years of Reliability Analysis experience, performing Reliability, Availability and Maintainability estimates of Nuclear, Petrochemical and Oil and Gas Installations. With over 35 years’ international training experience, Charles has worked on projects located in; Turkey, Indonesia, Singapore, Myanmar, EU, UK, Libya, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Morocco, Philippines, Trinidad, India and Azerbaijan. Charles has experience in delivering education and training in both academic, industry and commercial settings. In industry, Charles has extensive experience in delivering Diploma and Certificate courses for NEBOSH, the National Safety Council USA and International Safety Council. Course delivery subjects include technical safety, management, train the trainer, public speaking, occupational hygiene. Charles has also in-depth commercial experience in delivering Project Management, Statistics, HAZOP and general risk related material, insurance risk assessment and enterprise risk management.
