He is sought after to run project definition reviews, post-project reviews and alignment sessions of all shapes and sizes, from 40-hour Nano projects to execution planning on multi-billion-dollar megaprojects. Stuart Elliot’s career in the energy sector began with pipeline work in the early 1970s and has been evenly split between the Owner’s side and EPCM consulting, primarily in revamp project management, capital program development & delivery, and brownfield work process improvement at operating plants. He is WorleyParsons’ subject matter expert in brownfield portfolio management and serves as a portfolio leadership coach within client organizations served by WorleyParsons and its management consulting arm Advisian.
